Once you have entered your details on the checkout page, you have to agree with the terms and conditions to be redirected to the payment page. We accept different payment methods which can be found here as well.
We have the following payment options:
- Credit card (Visa, AMEX, Eurocard Mastercard, Cartes Bancaires/Cartes Bleue)
- Sofort Banking
We take your online security very seriously, and protecting your information is our highest
priority. All orders, personal information and payment details are sent over a secure internet connection via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), this ensures that all of this data is encrypted to prevent unauthorized access.
The security code of the card (CVC/CVV/CID) is an additional three or four-digit security code that is printed (not embossed) on the front or back of your card.
The CVC/CVV/CID is an additional security measure to determine that you are actually in possession of your credit card.
If your card is authorized, the payment will be charged directly to your account and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful. Only paid orders will be processed.

If for some reason the payment is not coming through, this could have multiple reasons. Please check the following:
- You filled in the correct details (type of card, cardnumber, expiration date and name)
- You have enough credit on your card
- Your card isn't expired or blocked
If you still encounter issues please contact your bank or contact our customer service.
If you have a No Excess discount code, you can fill it in at checkout. Once the discount code is confirmed, the discount will be deducted directly from the total amount or product(s) in your order.
In the event of misuse of discount codes and promotions, we reserve the right to remove the order. We are not liable for discount codes and promotions on third-party websites.
If your discount code does not work, please check if you have correctly filled in the uppercases and lowercases. Another possibility is that the discount code has already been used.
