If you would like to return (a part of) your order, we offer a return period of 30 days. The return form and DHL return label (Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany) are included in the parcel.
You can return your order for free* via a DHL service point. Please make sure to attach the return label on top of your shipment address. If the return form or return label is not included in the package, please contact our customer service. Please fill in the return form completely!

After the return of your shipment, and it has been approved upon arrival, you will receive an email confirming that the amount will be refunded within 10 working days to the original method of payment.

No, this is unfortunately not possible. You can only return the item(s) where you have purchased them. If this is in a physical store, you can only return it there or maybe to one of their other locations. Please check this beforehand when planning to do so.
At our online store you can return the items within 30 days. The order comes with a refund form, which needs to be filled in completley, so it can be scanned by the location/carrier.
No, it is not possible to exchange your ordered item for a different size or colour. If you wish to exchange your product, you can send the item back to us, and make a separate purchase for the new item.
